seasons

Spring/Summer starts in February and ends in August.
Fall/Winter starts August and ends February.
All items that are NOT sold at the end of each season will be donated to a non-profit organization of Plum Pretty's choosing.

Checks will be available for pickup during the following pay periods: the first Wednesday of JUNE & the first Wednesday of DECEMBER unless otherwise notified by Plum Pretty.
$3 check processing fee will be deducted from your account at the time of payout.
Accounts with less than $50 in them at the time of a pay period will not be issued a check but can be used as a store credit.
Checks not picked up & cashed within 90 days of issue date are forfeited to Plum Pretty.
Lost or misplaced checks will be charged a $36 fee to stop payment & a $10 fee to replace the check; both fees must be paid at the time of the request.

There is a $10 consignment fee* for each appointment & Chico's drop-off. *Fee must be paid in cash at time of appointment.
Consignors receive 30% of the actual selling price.
Prices and price reductions of items are at the discretion of Plum Pretty.
Items with defects found after scheduled appointment drop off are immediately donated.
There is a $10 fee* for early consignment pick up. *Fee must be paid in cash at time of pickup.
Plum Pretty is not responsible for damage or loss of merchandise for any reason.
An email of your inventory will be emailed to the email address we have on file.

Minimum of 10 items to consign & Maximum limit of 75 Clothing items, 15 Shoes, 10 Jewelry, 5 scarves, and all must be no older than 3 years.
All items must be clean, free of wrinkles, free of stains, free of pet hair & lint, smoke-free, gently worn, and in season.
All clothing items must be on swivel top hangers or they will be rejected. If most items are on wire or solid plastic hangers, you will be charged a $5 minimum re-hanging fee. YOU MAY BORROW OUR HANGERS IF NEEDED AT NO COST PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
You may use your consignment earnings any time towards purchases in our store or wait for your bi-annual checks in June & December.
You are responsible for notifying Plum Pretty of changes in your address, phone number, and email.
As of December 9th 2024, we are no longer accepting the following brands: Shein, Lularoe, (Walmart Brands) Time & True, Terra & Sky, & George, (Target Brands) A New Day, Universal Threads, Talbots older items with yellow labels, and Chico's older items with silver labels.
